jurisdiction of the Orange County Superior Court.
A petition to determine custody of a child has been filed or a temporary custody order is pending in the
above-referenced case.

There is reason to believe that the party may not appear in the proceedings although ordered to appear
personally with the child pursuant to Family Code section 3430; OR
